As the morning sun touches its surface, the monument seems to glow from within, reflecting the depth of emotion that inspired its creation. Words often fall short in capturing the awe and serenity that washes over you in its presence.

Happiness is good food, with a good view and good company! Enjoy the best of what Kusadasi has to offer:
Some of Turkiye"s best dishes are:
* Kebabs - A common meat-based dish
* Meze - A set of small dishes served before a meal, often including cheese and peppers.
* Mantı - Turkish ravioli
* Baklava - A sweet pastry made of layers of filo and pistachios
* Balık Ekmek - A fish sandwich
* Kumpir - Stuffed baked potatoes
* Menemen - Scrambled eggs
* Lahmacun - Flatbread topped with mince meat
* Iskender Kebap - Meat topped with hot tomato sauce over pieces of pita bread

In Turkiye, meals often center around rice, vegetables, and bread. Breakfast is considered the most important meal.
Restaurants in Kusadasi offer a variety of cuisines, including traditional Turkish dishes, international flavors, seafood, and vegetarian options.

EXOTIC TURKIYE

Beautiful Pamukkale, translates as "cotton castle" is a UNESCO World Heritage site, home to mineral pools as well as antique pools littered with Roman marble Columns - the result of an earthquake over 2000 years ago, that destroyed the Temple of Apollo and tipped these columns into Cleopatra's Pool, as well as Apollo's pool. These pools offer visitors a surreal experience by swimming amongst these giant columns and their rich history.

Some interesting facts:

* The ancient Greco-Roman city of Hierapolis was built on the terraces of travertine rock in the 2nd century B.C.
* The structures of the thermal pool collapsed during the great earthquake in 60AD.
* The fallen columns and stone carvings provide a quaint, historic touch to the mineral baths.
* The pools are filled with minerals and remain a toasty 36 degrees celsius all year round.
* The thermal waters have been known to be good for relieving stress and some skin and other health problems.

* The culture: Marrakech has a rich cultural heritage that includes traditional music, dance, and art.
* The mosques: The Koutoubia Mosque is one of the largest mosques in Marrakech and is known for its tall minaret and Islamic architecture.
* The gardens: The Jardin Majorelle is a famous garden in Marrakech that is known for its bright colors and well-designed grounds.
* The palaces: El Badi Palace is a 16th century palace in Marrakech that is known as the "palace of the incomparable".
* The Medina: The Medina is a labyrinth of narrow streets that is home to the famous souks.
* The deserts: Marrakech is near deserts that tourists can explore by driving through in a vehicle.
* The Hollywood connection: Marrakech has been called Hollywood's second home.
* The Winston Churchill connection: Winston Churchill recommended Marrakech to his friends.
* The Yves Saint Laurent connection: Yves Saint Laurent rescued a piece of Marrakech.

Turkish women could leave their husbands for coffee
In Ottoman times, coffee was so central to Turkish culture that a woman could legally leave her husband if he did not provide her with enough coffee. 🤷‍♀️☕️ This reflects the historical importance of coffee in Turkish society and its role in daily life and social rituals.🤪SJOE.....gladly this is not practiced anymore. 🫣🤔🙃
