Khan Tengri Peak 🏔️is the third highest peak in Kyrgyzstan🇰🇬, located 7 km far from the border of three countries - Kyrgyzstan🇰🇬, Kazakhstan🇰🇿 and China🇨🇳, on Tengri-Tag mountain range. Its height is 6995 m, (taking into account the thickness of the glacier - 7010 m). Climbing to the top is quite difficult, nevertheless each year dozens of climbers🧗🏻‍♂️ attempting to conquer the summit. Its name means "Lord of the Sky" in translation. The peak of Khan Tengri has been known for a very long time. Its existence was mentioned by ancient travelers. At the foot of Khan Tengri is the Inylchek glacier, with the disappearing lake🌊 Merzbacher.
There were paved more than 25 climbing routes to the summit from the north and from the south. At the top the capsule with the history of the conquest of the peak is burried. Every climber who managed to climb to the top, digs it out and writes here his name and the date of the climbing, and buries it again.

This is the largest among all wild sheep of the earth - its weight exceeds 150 kg, and the length of the horns can reach up to 170 cm!

Ak kalpak is on the Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity. The UNESCO website notes that “ak kalpak craftsmanship is a traditional Kyrgyz🇰🇬 craft and a cumulative, constantly evolving set of knowledge and skills transmitted by artisans in their respective communities, including felting, cutting, sewing and embroidering with patterns. Relevant knowledge and skills are transmitted through oral speech, practical training and joint work in workshops.There are more than eighty types of ak kalpak, decorated with various patterns that carry sacred meaning and history.

Environmentally🌎 friendly and comfortable, ak kalpak resembles a snowy peak🏔️ with four sides representing the four elements: air🌬️, water💧, fire🔥 and earth.🌎 The four framing lines symbolize life, the tassels at the top symbolize offspring and the memory of ancestors, and the pattern symbolizes the family tree.

Ak kalpak brings together different Kyrgyz🇰🇬 tribes and communities and makes the Kyrgyz people recognizable to other ethnic groups. It also promotes inclusiveness when members of other ethnic groups wear it on holidays or days of mourning to show unity and empathy.

Yurts🛖 are one of the most important parts of Kyrgyz🇰🇬 culture and are more than just houses. They symbolize family👨‍👩‍👧‍👦, earth and universe and cover all stages of life from birth to death. Much of Kyrgyz culture is associated with yurts, from important rituals and ceremonies to handicrafts and traditional craftsmanship. A yurt🛖 is a collapsible, fairly lightweight design that impresses with its simplicity and functionality. Apparently, the nomads had a good knowledge of mathematics and physics, if they realized that a round structure has a large capacity and can better resist the winds🌬️.

Kyrgyz yurts are made of domed branches tied to a trellis that forms vertical walls. The outer side is made of felt and wool, warm water-repellent materials that are easy to repair. The lattice circle in the center of the dome of the yurt forms one of the most important symbols of the family and the Universe - the tundyuk. It is covered by a small flap of felt, which leans back in good weather and is used to ventilate the room; in case of bad weather the tundyuk is closed. Interestingly, the tundyuk is even depicted on the Kyrgyz flag🇰🇬. The design and functionality of the yurt are designed to be comfortable, easy to move from place to place and serve regardless of the season.

The traditional Kyrgyz yurt was built without a single nail, only materials that the nomads had at hand were used.

Boorsok🥠 is one of the national bread🍞s of the Kyrgyz🇰🇬. Boorsok🥠 is often cooked at weddings👰🏻‍♀️, holidays and dinners. Boorsok is a must-have treat in every Kyrgyz family👨‍👩‍👧‍👦. Boorsok🥠 is served with tea🫖, before meals, with kymyz (fermented milk drink made from mare's milk🥛), with snacks, with shorpo 🍲(broth soup). Sliced pieces of rolled dough are fried in oil for 20-30 seconds, then from the cauldron it is transferred to a sieve or colander so that the oil is glassed properly. This is a traditional "decoration" of the table - since boorsok are laid out on the dastorkon (set table) during each major celebration.

One of these is the game of Kok Boru. The history of this peculiar game goes back into the mists of time. Herds of animals grazed in the open air in winter and summer. Wolves 🐺often attacked livestock. Due to the lack of fi****ms, livestock breeders could not deal with predators on the spot. Therefore, on horseback🐴, they pursued the wolf until they drove it half to death, beat it with sticks, kamcha, picked it up from the ground, and beat each other. Later, with a more sedentary lifestyle, kok-boru was transformed into ulak tartysh, a national type of equestrian game in which riders fight for a goat 🐐carcass.

Kyrgyz🇰🇬 an ancient people👨‍👦and have always been involved in cattle breeding. Shyrdak and Ala-Kiyiz household items related precisely to cattle breeding since the material was always at hand👋. From there originates Kyrgyz handicrafts, which has survived to this day. Shyrdak🟫 is a national rug made in the complex mosaic technique. The word “shyrdak” comes from the word “shyryk”, which means stitching – this is one of the main processes in creating a shyrdak, which makes it very strong and durable. Its service life can reach up to one hundred years, depending on the care of the product. From the very beginning, the craftswoman will take about two months to make a medium-sized shyrdak, if she works only on this carpet. But traditionally shyrdak made together with family👨‍👩‍👧‍👦and relatives. This collective approach reduces the time and effort required to make a carpet.

The manufacturing process consists of several stages. Firstly, felt fabrics of various colors, mainly natural dyeing, are made. For staining, plant roots, onion peel, pomegranate bark, walnut peel, etc. are used. For the base, a black or dark brown felt of a dense structure for the substrate is used. Traditional ornaments and patterns cut out of colored felt with a sharp knife. Patterns lay down as negative-positive and stitch together. For durability and to give texture, the entire surface of the shyrdak quilted according to ornaments, connecting the upper and lower layers.
Often, the Shyrdaks indulge between generations and with trepidation treated as a family 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦heirloom. Shyrdak 🟫a mandatory wedding gift with a dowry, a housewarming gift, and for anniversaries.

Arslanbob is the largest walnut forest🌳 in the world🌎 and belongs to the protected areas of Kyrgyzstan🇰🇬.

Arslanbob is a natural forest🌳 that arose in ancient times🕐. Some scientists claim that its age may exceed 50 million years. Its area is about 700,000 hectares, and numerous trees🌳 of walnut🥜, pistachio, almond, cherry plum, pear🍐 and many others (about 130 plant species) grow on this vast territory. Some of the walnut trees are over a thousand years old, and each of them produces between 150 and 400 kilograms of nuts🥜 every year.

In addition to the forest🌳 itself, this area also has other attractions. There are several waterfalls🌊 here: the Big Arslanbob waterfall, its height is 80 meters and the small Arslanbob waterfall🌊, its height is 35 meters. There are several lakes in the reserve. Pobeda Peak is the highest point of Tien-Shan Mountains⛰️ (7493m), located on the border of Kyrgyzstan🇰🇬, east of Isyyk-Kul lake🌊. It includes in the system of Koshkaal-Too ridge in Kyrgyzstan. Pobeda Peak is among seventhousanders⛰️⛰️ of Kyrgyzstan, where there are also Lenin and Khan-Tengri peaks.

There are three3️⃣ peaks on the north side of the ridge: Victory Peak, Pobeda Peak and West Peak Nehru. Pobeda Peak is determined from 5 to the most difficult degree. The climbing on its top is considered one of the most difficult and dangerous, depending on the choice of the route. One of the most popular routes to the peak of Victory is considered the way through the northern ridge of Vaja Pshavela Peak. Its length is equal to ten kilometers. It connects to Nehru Top (6740m) on the west side. Snow slopes of the mighty range of Tien Shan – Kokshaaltau rise from Tengri-Tag ridge.

Pobeda ⛰️Peak takes the 78 place in the list of the highest mountains of the world🌎, as well as it is considered one of the most difficult mountains for climbing.

Son-Kul Lake🌊 (Song – Kul, Sonkel, Sonkul) is located in the north-west of the Naryn region of Kyrgyzstan🇰🇬. This is the second largest lake in the country after Issyk-Kul. The lake is amazing in its beauty. The azure color of the water attracts not only tourists, but also locals.
Son-Kul is surrounded by green meadows🌿, where flocks of sheep🐑 and horses🐎 graze in summer. Shepherds bring cattle here for the entire summer period, and they themselves live in specially installed yurts🛖. Such pastures where people can live for months are called jailoos. In the cold season, yurts are rolled up. You can see the lake🌊 only in the warm season because the road to the reservoir also freezes and it is impossible to get there because of the closed roads. Therefore, in winter, Son-Kul can be said to be uninhabited. If you want to join the real nomadic life, the locals will gladly rent out a national Kyrgyz yurt insulated with felt. By the way, there are no buildings near the lake. And the air temperature in this area even in summer may not exceed +15 ° C 🌡️during the day, and at night even drop to minus values. But there is no need to be afraid of cold weather: in addition to the natural insulation of the yurt, special wood-burning stoves are installed in it. The Kyrgyz 🇰🇬people have a tradition of long group hunting, which is called salbuurun.
Hunters🏹 gathered in a company and went on multi-day trips to the mountains⛰️. Riding a horse🐴, they took with them a golden eagle🦅, a faithful taigan🐕 and a bow with arrows🏹. Food🍎 was obtained along the way. During such campaigns, the Kyrgyz identified the best hunters🧍🏻, horses🐴, golden eagles🦅 and taigans🐕. It was sort of a selection.

Salbuurun was also a test of the dzhigit (yang man) for courage and dexterity. In some regions of Kyrgyzstan🇰🇬, a real dzhigit is still called one who, with the help of a bow🏹, a dog🐶 and a golden eagle🦅, can get game and protect sheep from predators. But not only the hunter, but his faithful friend, the taigan, must demonstrate his courage. In a word, salbuurun is complex hunting games with birds of prey, dogs and traditional archery.

Климат🌡️ и погода☀️ на Занзибаре🇹🇿 (Танзания) довольно устойчив, то есть нужно знать те месяца, когда ездить сюда не следует, и месяца, благоприятные для отдыха. Также стоит учесть, что Занзибар зимой❄️ — это декабрь, январь и февраль, то есть не как у нас, ведь остров находится в Южном полушарии🌎, а там все наоборот. Соответственно в наши зимние месяцы там жарче, чем в летние. Итак, когда лучше ехать на остров Занзибар?
В течение года температура воздуха на Занзибаре меняется не сильно: с июня по октябрь средняя дневная температура🌡️ составляет +26 градусов по Цельсию, с декабря по февраль — +28+37 градусов. Иногда летом (то есть когда у нас зима) столбики термометров поднимаются до +40 градусов по Цельсию.
Сезонами дождей🌧️ на Занзибаре🇹🇿 можно назвать апрель-май и ноябрь. В это время дожди могут быть как совсем слабенькие, так и настолько сильные, что для посещения закрывают отели🏨 или даже целые острова🏖️.
Летом тоже нередки дожди🌧️, но они не настолько частые и сильные, чтобы испортить вам отдых.
Сезон отдыха на Занзибаре — январь, февраль, первая половина марта, июнь, июль, август, сентябрь, октябрь, декабрь. Однако при бронировании тура нужно смотреть прогноз погоды, т.к. сейчас климат на планете меняется и все сезоны немного смещаются.

There are more than 40,000 rivers and rivulets in Kyrgyzstan🇰🇬, with a total length of approximately 150,000 km, flowing about 47 cubic kilometers of water per year. The main source of water🌊 in the rivers is melt water from numerous mountain⛰️ glaciers.
Many mountain rivers are not navigable due to the large decrease in relative height above sea level, the difficult topography of the channel and the speed of the flow, but they are excellent for fishing🎣. Many of rivers are rich with fish🐠, usually rainbow🌈 trout🐟. Trout belongs to the Salmonidae family fishes. They are cold water fish often associated with healthy, clear mountain stream habitats and distinguishable by their black spots and reddish band on both sides.
