I finally got all the prices and dates for the Scotland trip!

April 23, 2024 - May 1, 2024 flying out of Newark. I must have at least 10 people to book the trip.
$4263 Per person for double occupancy (2 people per room)
$200 deposit (non refundable) due 8/2/2023.
Final payment due 90 days prior to trip (January 2024). Monthly payments can be made.
Day 1 - Depart Newark, NJ (8:05 am)
Day 2 - Transfer to Edinburgh hotel and day on your own
Day 3 - Edinburgh - breakfast @ hotel. Walking to tour, Edinburgh Castle, Old Town and New Town, Royal Mile, among other sites.
Day 4 - Edinburg - Breakfast @ hotel. Roslyn Chapel, Abbotsford House, Novelist Sir Walter Scott's home, Town of Peebles for lunch (on your own) back to Edinburgh, evening is on your own.
Day 5 - Edinburgh-Inverness. Breakfast @ hotel. Stop @ Stirling Castle on the way to Inverness, Game of Thrones and Outlander were filmed there. Cairngorm National Park and then a stop at Speyside Distillery with a whiskey tasting. Once in Inverness the evening you're on your own.
Day 6 - Breakfast @ hotel. Boat ride on Loch Ness. Urquhart Castle. Eglin Cathedral. Evening is on your own.
Day 7 - Breakfast @ hotel. Culloden Battlefield which changed Scotland's history. Then travel on to Glasgow, en-route stop at Glenfinnan and view the viaduct and monument made
famous by the Harry Potter films. Drive through Glen Coe and Lock Lomond & Trossachs National park. Evening on your own.
Day 8 - Breakfast @ hotel. Morning guided tour of Glasgow. Visit Necropolis, Kelvingrove Art Gallery Museum. Remainder of the day is free.
Day 9 - Breakfast @ hotel and transfer to Edinburgh Airport.

Scotland June 2024 trip somewhere around 6/17-6/20 will be the departure date we will fly out of NYC (people from not around there we can discuss options).
Prices (giving higher pricing until I have deposits from people):
$2899 - per person for double occupancy
$2812 - per person 4 people in the room
$4028 - single occupancy
Airfare could range from $900-$1500
Travel Insurance will be around $300-500 depending on level

$50 deposit (non refundable) by July 7th 2023 so I can book the trip.
Reminder you can pay monthly
Trip must be paid in full 90 days before we leave

Finally have some info on the Scotland trip! I'm still waiting for one more quote but it looks like it could costs $4000-$5000 per person depending how many are sharing a room, flights and incidentals (ie: travel insurance, visa costs). The tour I'm looking at is 8 days in June to Edinburgh to Inverness to Glasgow or vice versa. The trip will have guided tours in the morning or afternoon and evenings will be free except for one where we will enjoy a Spirit of Scotland show that has traditional singing, bagpipe demonstration and dancing! Breakfasts will be included but lunch and dinners will be on our own. I have people from different states interested thinking of meeting in NYC. Whoever is interested I will start a private group to give more info regarding deposits and other travel information.

I’m starting to plan the trip to Scotland for 2024 either May or June depending on prices. It will be 8 days - 2 in Glasgow, 2 in Inverness and 3 in Edinburgh. There will be a tour guide and transportation provided also most meals. We’ll visit art galleries, have city tours, visit castles, distilleries, take a boat ride through the Loch, there will be a lot walking. The last night there will be a Scottish banquet with bagpipe music, songs and dancing. Please let me know if you’re interested.

Just wanted to give everyone an update on the 2021 Scotland trip. I won't be able to get prices until around March I'm hoping to keep the trip under $3,000 per person (including flights) hoping closer to $2500. I found one that is 8 days 7 nights includes 14 meals Glasgow to Edinburgh. You'll see castles, Highland games, Loch Ness Cruise, Sheepdog Demo. Hoping to do the trip between May and June its a little off season but it seems to be cheaper than July or August. The more details I have, I will be starting a private group for everyone that's interested. Deposit will probably be around $250-$300. You can pay as you go, seems final payment is due about 70 days prior to the trip. Limit is 44 people.
