"Perfect in every way, this spotless home is beautifully designed and furnished, with a great layout to accommodate family. The kitchen is outfitted with a generous supply of everything. Cooking and serving meals here was a surprising highlight of the week. The beds were a dream. The owner was kind and very quick to reply.

This home is perfectly laid out for a large, mixed group- some of us had to work, some came purely to play. There was ample space for our different generations to find a private room, and also for us to all be together in the evenings. The property is surrounded by many exceptionally great beaches, each about 10-15 minutes drive away. The evening peacefulness and big, private pool and the lovely views of the channels from every window, more than compensated for not walking to a beach.

Twice we rented kayaks as recommended in the owner's friendly book about the house rules. We saw 8 dolphins all frolicking around our kayaks on the first day and we also saw a herd of mating manatee! The second day "only" 2 dolphins cavorted around our kayaks-- but we were handed cold beer from a boater in one of the serene channels, where heron and an eagle were being taunted by fish jumping from the water. The serenity, the seashells, the birds and dolphins and manatees and turtles and flowers and white sand beaches that surround this lovely, generously appointed home, combined with a welcoming host, made our stay absolutely 5 stars in every way. I most highly recommend this property."
