We had a busy Labor Day weekend up here at our West Hickory property! Our Tiny house got delivered from our friends over at River Country Tiny Homes and everything worked out perfectly! It’s great when you are able to work with professionals. We cant thank everyone enough that’s been involved in helping us this weekend and even stopping by to show support! We are shooting for the beginning of October to be live on the short term rental platforms due to we have to build a deck and install the metal skirting under the unit! Keep and eye out

This week our friends at River Country Tiny Homes we’re getting busy doing the interior and exterior framing of our latest project. Excited to see this finally coming together! We are still expecting to have it listed and ready to be rented by the end of summer, so keep us in mind if your looking for a getaway this fall in a brand new Tiny home!

We’ve made some serious progress at our property in West Hickory, all utilities are complete and ready to be tied in for when the Tiny house gets delivered. Our goal is to have this project wrapped up and live on Airbnb and Vrbo by the end of summer! Thanks to everyone who comes up and helps the construction continue to roll!

We are excited to announce today we signed a contract with River Country Tiny Homes for them build a log style cabin similar to the photo below for the property we acquired in West hickory,PA. Construction should be complete sometime this summer and be ready to host on Airbnb and Vrbo. Can’t wait to see how this project is going to turn out!!!
