Another week and another property. A massive shout out to my fiancé Sharon Dunn for taking this project on herself.

It was bought at an online auction, refurbished, decorated and furnished and been live for a couple of weeks now. The five star reviews are flooding in as are the bookings as per the screenshot of the calendar.

Onwards and upwards with some very exciting properties waiting in the wings this month 😉

Hot on the heels of the Cromer property which was launched on 9th July I’ve been working with Muneeb to get Nightingale House in Derby ready as a holiday let unit which was launched on 10th July and 100% occupancy so far!! - This property is targeting both contractors during the week and leisure travellers at the weekend. It boasts three bedrooms, two with en-suites plus a main bathroom.

It was taken on after a failed investor was running it, we done a our research, gave it a facelift and boom!!

Thanks must also go to the awesome Eloise for helping to style it and put the furniture in place whilst I was away.

It’s great to help other landlords achieve their goals. We helped the landlord get this studio ready for the short term rental market. Had it staged and photographed last week and the official photos uploaded yesterday and BOOM!! a 28 night booking starting on Friday.

Please feel free to get in touch if you or anyone else you know would like any assistance with taking the leap into the short term rental (Airbnb etc) market.

As we approach the end of May on the Bank Holiday weekend I’ve been reflecting on the year so far. I was amazed as some the data especially the 425 check ins which sounds insane!

However, breaking it down into smaller chunks it’s 21 a week and therefore less than 1 per property per week. A big shout out to my power teams who make all of this possible!
