Visit Barnard Castle for a bit of Christmas shopping. Lots of independent shops to buy that perfect presant that will be a bit more original. Beautiful Christmas light switch in this weekend, and a log burner to warm up next to after a day exploring.

Castle view cottage in Barnard Castle.

Sleeps 4, 2x single, one king size bed.

Renovations are underway and we are looking at taking bookings from 28th July.

It’s been a long slog but we are really happy with how it’s coming along, especially when you look at the first photos from February.
