This important event marked the birth of a free nation, establishing the basis of our identity and future. It’s a chance to remember those who fought for our freedom and to reflect on the values of independence and unity.

In loving memory of Reed.

Reed was not only an avid sportsman but also a dedicated conservationist who cared deeply about the natural world.
But beyond his love for nature, Reed was a true friend to all who knew him. What made Reed very special was this ability to forge deep and meaningful connections with those around him. He had a way of making everyone feel valued and included, and his genuine kindness and generosity touched many hearts.
We know that Argentina and this little small piece of our family tradition has a big place in Reed ́s heart.
I remember his very first trips, he almost did not want to tell people where he was coming to hunt in Argentina, just afraid of sharing this special spot that he discovered and almost wanting it for himself to share with family and friends. But this feeling did not last at all, as he started helping us to promote our operation, generously arranging meetings and parties in his favourite clubs or even at his house to introduce us to all his circle. For over 20 years, Reed and his companions have been an integral part of our family’s hunting expeditions. He not only saw our business grow but also encouraged us to constantly improve. Reed treated our staff members with unwavering respect and was incredibly generous and respectful towards our Birdmans, and every single member of our team. He is part of those guests that leave a legacy in our story, those guests that become friends, those guests that we will remember with love and gratitude.
Always eager to try out a new gun like a child with a new toy, meticulously planning each hunting excursion, and ensuring that every gathering was accompanied by laughter and enjoyment. He had a knack for the finer details, like arranging for two load-men at the blind to ensure perfect timing to try new shotguns, orchestrating outstanding pigeon hunts followed by well-planned dinners paired with Argentine wines. Reed would always request a double-sized ChocoTorta for dessert, delighted to have an extra dose of Dulce de leche. His ritual of lighting up a cigar at the fire camp inviting everyone to build new memories.
Let us remember his legacy and the joy that he brought in our lives

FISHING WITH KIDS 🎣

Yes, fishing with kids is possible! We won’t lie; it’s different from the solitary pursuit of landing big catches. Fishing with kids is CHALENGING. But believe me, it’s fun, and witnessing them develop a strong connection to nature is worthwhile.

When discussing our future, we always envisioned helping our kids develop a passion for outdoors. Invest time in these type of programs is worthy.

Here our tips
1. LOCATION: Choose nearby spots with open space, room for kids to cast, easy access to water, and shaded picnic areas. 📍
2. START AT HOME: Talk about the day out at home to build excitement. Allow kids to practice casting in the yard, they will work on coordination and timing in a low-stress environment.✏️
3. GET READY: Organize gear in advance to minimize stress. Prepare at home all you can!🎣
4. SAFETY FIRST: Ensure kids wear life jackets, even if they’re uncomfortable. Consider using barbless hooks, and if not, adults should handle hooks. Pack a first-aid kit. Sunglasses protect eyes from the sun, tree branches or hooks.🧰
5. TEACH THEM THE RULES: Educate kids about conservation and the environment. 🏕️
6. COMFORT: Ensure essential items like snacks, drinks, sunscreen, bug spray, and suitable clothing are available. Camping chair for mommy and daddy and a blanket for relaxing/napping. 🍎🧢🕶️
7. TAKE TURNS! It’s essential for parents to enjoy this day as well. Alternate taking care of the crew and look for some moments for your own fishing enjoyment. While you may not have the same freedom to fish together as you did before having kids, this is simply part of the new family dynamic. Its our new normal.👨‍👩‍👧

8. HAVE FUN: Remember, kids care more about having fun outdoors with you than what they catch. Be patient and focus on creating an amazing experience. Take breaks from fishing to explore, catch butterflies, collect rocks, or swim. 🌾🌲🦋
📌 Extra Tip! Keep trips short when kids are younger. Avoid to get them bored or to tired.

En esa brisa de viento que nos acaricia cuando vadeamos el Malleo, cuando miramos el Lanin, cuando cabalgamos entre las araucarias, o en las flores de Tres Picos, te recordaremos con cariño y amor.

There's something magical about lunch or dinner time, isn't it? There's just something about sitting around the table with the people we love that makes the food taste even better, the conversations flow freely, and the laughter come more easily. And you know what the best part is? Having the chairs filled with people who matter to us.

It made me realize just how important relationships truly are. We all lead such busy lives, and it's easy to get caught up in the day-to-day hustle and bustle. But at the end of the day, it's those relationships that truly matter. They give us a sense of belonging, a support system to lean on, and memories to cherish for years to come.
