🛤Big Thunder Mountain has a closure till at least 2026 for the Frontierland remodel.
☠A Pirates of the Caribbean Tavern will be opening in late 2025 in Magic Kingdom.
🌠Magic Kingdom will get a new nighttime parade Summer of 2025. Disney Starlight: Dream the Night Away will bring the magic of light to Main Street at night.
🚗A reimagines Test Track will open in late 2025.
🌐A new Spaceship Earth Lounge will open in the summer of 2025.
⚔️Summer of 2025 will see a new Villans show, replacing Lighting McQueens Racing Academy.
🦖Dinosaur will remain open till 2026, before starting the new construction.

As perfect a day as one can ask for. I need to convince Allan to let me quit my “non magical” job and we can both work remote from the ship. Not sure how Lucas will get schooling. That’s a problem for island me.

Fantastic day in Nassau.

Today we will be stopping at the island of Nassau. We plan to visit two historic locations. Clifton Heritage National Park, known for its snorkeling and quiet beaches. As well as historic location of first colonization and plantations. Next stop before returning to the ship we plan to hit the Queens Staircase and possibly a distillery, both featured in James Bond films.

Sunrise at sea. Totally bummed. Our snorkel trip to Clifton Heritage Park got canceled due to rough seas. Guess that’s a better Mother Nature dilemma than snow. Now we get to go find more James Bond filming locations. The bar in the second two photos was a bar previously known as the “never say never again” since it was a filming location. Now known as the Lukka Kairi. Allan and I are big James Bond fans. So we will pivot the day and scout other filming locations. Queens stairs, distillery, Junkanoo beach. Happy Saturday. Always remember a ruined experience/moment doesn’t have to ruin your day or memories. Oh darn guess we have to come back.

Had an amazing day in Fort Lauderdale. Walked A LOT, lunch at the beach and dinner on the docks. Lucas loved feeling the tarpon.
