Driving me nuts seeing all these posts on Holiday facebook groups from people in the UK thinking that if they went to Tenerife in September everything would be shut and they wouldn't be able to get a beer or sit on the beach. It's simply not True. So, this weekend Challenge. Let's as a group head out and record a short clip of your resort and show people what it is really like now. Post the Clips on here and i will share them all over the place to show the world that Our Tourist resorts are coming back to life.

In a recent article, TUI’s CEO Fritz Joussen said - "If you are by the pool, you don't want to go to reception, you want to click." In a potentially new age of travel, this statement could not be more accurate but maybe not just for the reasons of convenience.

Are you an ex rep, local influencer or quite frankly anyone who is on lockdown, is bored and knows their destination well? Could you chat with and keep travellers updated with what's happening in your location, engage with local businesses and share regular and positive updates?

Over the next month we will be launching a network of 'LOCALS' in Holiday Destinations who will then become a key part of helping their destination to bounce back.
