Three Caribbean islands you’ll LOVE other than Jamaica 👇

Jamaica gets a lot of love (and for good reason), but if you’ve been before and you’re ready to explore a little deeper to some of the smaller islands, here are three I’m currently planning trips to for clients:

🏝️ Saint Lucia – Think lush rainforests, dramatic volcanic peaks, and the iconic Pitons. This island is made for couples who want romance and adventure. You can hike Gros Piton for epic views, then cool off in a private plunge pool with the ocean as your backdrop. It’s the perfect mix of thrill and chill.

🏝️ Grenada – Sure, it’s called the Spice Isle, but Grenada is full of surprises. The underwater sculpture park? A total must for snorkelers and divers. And if you’re a foodie, you’ll love visiting a local chocolate estate or sipping rum straight from the source at a distillery. This island has flavor in every sense of the word.

🏝️ Barbados – Yes, the pink-sand beaches are dreamy, but there’s so much more to love here. From luxury catamaran cruises to secret coves only the locals know, this island nails that blend of elegance and authenticity. And let’s not forget—it gave us Rihanna. Enough said.

A quick story about a trip I just booked ⬇️

My client had already spent about 10 hours researching and searching the web for information on Walt Disney World before coming to me.

See, the thing about Disney is that I’ve been there a lot. I’ve stayed at different resorts, dined at the best (and some not-so-great) restaurants, tested out lightning lane strategies, and experienced the parks with kids, without kids, and even during peak holiday crowds.

So narrowing down the best options? Way easier for me. I know which resorts match different travel styles, which dining reservations are worth snagging, and how to maximize park time without feeling exhausted.

In the end, we narrowed down their resort to two options and all it took was a discussion and a couple of emails!

🏰 Calling all families of 5+....

A big family Walt Disney World trip means big fun, but finding the perfect place to stay can feel tricky. Luckily, Disney has options for every budget and need. Let’s break it down:

✨ Deluxe Villas: For luxury, amenities, and park proximity, Disney Vacation Club villas offer 1, 2, and 3-bedroom options with full kitchens and laundry. Some are even within walking distance of the parks, making them a magical home-away-from-home! Anyone can book stays in these, DVC membership not required!

💸 Value Resort Family Suites: If budget is the priority, check out Art of Animation and All-Star Music family suites. They sleep 6, have 2 full bathrooms, 3 sleeping surfaces, a kitchenette, and a living area. Affordable, fun, and perfect for families!

🛏️ Multiple Standard Rooms: If you are happy with 2 queen beds (sometimes these sleep 5 with a child-sized bed) and 1 bathroom, then you can stay basically anywhere. Book however many rooms you need, and I’ll even make sure to let Disney know that you are all traveling together to try and get the rooms as close together as possible.
