est after a long beach day! The condo is ideal for a up to three adults or a family with one or two small children (4 people max.). The studio is ideally located in the town of Puerto Morelos, a small typical Mexican village that welcomes many tourists, but away from the busy tourist feeling. Puerto Morelos is only 15 minutes from the Cancun International airport, and half way between Cancun and Playa del Carmen, in the heart of the Riviera Maya, so very strategically placed to visit many places and excursions. The condo is in an excellent location, right across the beach with an entrance steps away. You can walk everywhere in Puerto Morelos, there is a supermarket, cafes and restaurants very close by and you can also walk to the central plaza, typical of small towns, where you will find arts & craft vendors, food, entertainment and playground for kids. Puerto Morelos is located in front of the second largest coral reef in the world and one of the top spots for snorkeling, scuba diving and fishing

The studio is decorated like a modern hotel suite, with hotel quality 100% cotton sheets & duvet, so you can rest comfortably. The condo is in a new building that includes a roof top pool patio with beautiful peaceful views of the turquoise Caribbean ocean and sunset views on the mangrove. Chill by the pool by connecting to bluetooth speakers. The condo is on the ground floor but above street level, and so it is perfect for those who do not want to climb too many stairs. In addition, the building has an underground parking and a washer and dryer on the rooftop. There is also lots of free parking on the street. Equipped kitchen with microwave, small electric oven, 2 electric stove top burners, stainless steel pots and pans, blender and electric kettle. Full size fridge with ice maker and chilled water dispenser.

�There is high speed internet wireless internet (40 megas) in the condo.

�There is a telephone in the condo with unlimited calls to Mexico, USA and Canada.

�There is a safe in the appartment.

�*NEW* we have partnered with Sunny Journey (sunneyjourney.mx) to offer our guests excursions/tours and airport transfers at local, discounted prices during their stay. we can organize your airport transfers in s private van with an established transportation company for $60 or $1200 mexican pesos round trip. Ask for details! You will have access to the entire condo and common areas such as roof top pool terrace, parking and laundry

✓This apartment has a smoke detector and is free of propane gaz (stove top and water heater are electric) for your peace of mind.

✓If you need a date that is not available, ask us anyway, we may be able to open it up.

✓There is a self check in with key box. If you have any special needs, ask us, we may be able to make other arrangements.

✓Our check in and check out times could be flexible depending on availibility. Be sure to ask us if you have special needs and we will try our best accommodate you. ��
