The house features are large dock that can easily host your entire family while you swim, fish, read, sunbath, and nature watch. The house is situated right off county road 4, which is a fairly busy road. It's just 10 minutes from downtown Nisswa, 9 minutes from Breezy Point, 13 minutes from Zorbaz on Gull and only 3 minutes from a handful of family friendly restaurants.
