Housed in a splendid Gothic Revival-style building, The McManus: Dundee Art Gallery and Museum offers a fascinating insight into Dundee. With eight galleries to explore, there is a wealth of information to discover in exhibitions of art, history and the environment. Dundee’s food and drink scene is transforming at a dynamic pace. St Andrews the home of golf is a mere 18 miles from the door, with a further 20 golf courses (including world renowned Championship Courses; such as Carnoustie, Kingsbarn and Gleneagles, within a 40 minute drive). Dundee train station, 6 miles away, is the gateway for some fantastic day trips, including Edinburgh (1hr 15 mins), Aberdeen (1hr 10 mins) and Glasgow (1hr 20 mins). A short drive will take you to one of the surrounding beaches available on your doorstop, including Broughty Ferry or across the Tay Bridge to the large, secluded beach on the edge of Tentsmuir Forest in Fife or head north St Cyrus Beach, North of Montrose. We still have some availability for summer.....for those that have forgotten what that looks like this year, it's generally the time of year when temperature rises and we see the sun a bit more often than usual. "Dookers on / taps aff" weather as it can locally be known 😁

A beautiful, immaculate, refurbished 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom, grade B listed cottage, in a secluded spot, set within privately maintained park and woodlands on the outskirts of Dundee, close to Perth, Angus and Fife, complete with free private tennis courts, yet on the doorstep of all the area has to offer. All new furniture and recently painted, 2019.

The courtyard and garden are fully enclosed, great for young children and dogs. Cosy up to the wood burning stove on a cold winters evening. Enjoy strolls around the private park and woodlands with your children or 4 legged friends. Free use of tennis courts.
