Another Restaurant we got to check off our bucket list ✨🤍🤩

⚓️ On our recent trip to Walt Disney World, we dined at Ale and Compass at the Yacht Club, and it exceeded our expectations! This restaurant has officially earned a spot on our list of Disney’s hidden gems.

🍞 Not only was the food fantastic, but the Yacht Club’s ambiance was unbeatable. We started with their famous Parker House rolls and spreads, which were fluffy and lightly glazed. The spreads—citrus butter, bacon jam, and pub cheese—were simply amazing!

🍔 🥩 Alyssa and Fayth enjoyed the cheddar burger with fries, while the rest of us savored the New York Strip with truffle fries. Honestly, it was one of the best steaks I’ve had in a long time!

🍰 For dessert, we indulged in apple cobbler and a 12-layer chocolate cake, both of which were incredible.

Make sure to add Ale and Compass to your Disney to-do list—we can’t wait to return!✨🤍

2025 Trip is ON THE BOOKS YALL! ✨🤍

Guess where we are heading in October ‘25?!
Obviously it’s Disney, but we are staying at a resort that has always been on my bucket list!

We can not wait to stay at Disney’s Beach Club Resort!! Let me tell ya, this resort definitely has some HIGHLIGHTS

🏊‍♂️ 3 Acre Pool with one of the highest waterslides on property, 3 whirlpools, a lazy river, multiple kiddie pools, an elevated tanning deck and a sand bottom pool!
🏖️ A relaxing beach right on Disney’s Boardwalk
🍔 Endless food options including one of our favorite Character Meals on property- Cape May Breakfast

Dave Portnoy tried it, so you know we had to… and now I’m Dreaming about this Pizza Y’all! ✨🤍🇮🇹🍕

So on a whim based off of a Barstool Pizza Review we made a Dining reservation on Epcot day to Via Napoli Ristorante e Pizzeria, located in the very back of the Italy Pavilion. And let me tell ya that was the BEST DECISION made for the whole trip! 🤯🤯

Our server let us know right away that every single ingredient- including the water is imported straight in from Italy and that the pizza was wood-burned and the best thing on the menu to try. We decided to go with the largest size they had, THAT TOOK UP TWO TABLES, and split it between 5 of us (one of us opted for some hearty chicken pasta)🍝

We have a picky pizza eater in our party they is not a fan of a lot of sauce so we got one side pepperoni with list sauce and the other side cheese. It was beyond delicious and puts every local pizza joint we’ve tried to shame. 🤷🏼‍♀️

We will 10/10 be booking this restaurant again, and don’t be surprised when you see it on my booking suggestions list for my clients dining 😉🤍✨

✨We absolutely love a good ‡ Riverside stay! It's one of my favorite places to stay on the property. Not only is it just a hop, skip, and jump away from Disney Springs, but it's also the closest Moderate Resort (not counting the cabins at Fort Wilderness) to Magic Kingdom! 🎢✨🤍

🛏️ During this trip, we stayed in a Woods View room-the only room category we hadn't yet experienced at Riverside, so we wanted to check it off our list. Our room was located in the Acadian House, exuding the charm of an old plantation home reminiscent of those you'd find in Charleston or Savannah. It was slightly larger than the rooms in Value Resorts, which was perfect for our party - 2 Adults, and 2 Teens

🎣We took advantage of a rest day, lounging by the pool, complete with a waterslide and hot tub. Justin even managed to cane pole fish early that morning without leaving the resort!

If you have never experienced Riverside, this is your sign to put it on your Disney bucket list! ✨🤍

Someone call up Snooki, I got her a new fav Disney snack to try! 🥒🌭

Met up with Jordan at Love The Mouse Traveldan at Love The Mouse Travel to mark off some food off our list.

Since it opened we have talked about going to Blue Ribbon and trying their hand dipped corn dogs, so today we did just that.

Jordan grabbed the Mexican Street Dog, which was amazing and I grabbed the Pickle Dog which came with peanut butter and was pleasantly surprised how much I enjoyed it.

Phone lines have been up to a 3 hour wait all week trying to make adjustments to current and upcoming trip y’all.

We are officially ✨Disney Ready✨ y’all!

Was up bright and early to book our Multipasses and our single lighting lane! 🤩 you already know we always stay on property so we was able to book 7 days prior to check in! (Off property guest can book 3 days before first park day, limiting availability)

If you’re staying at a Disney Resort it makes snagging those early times for LL easier!
I was able to get exactly what we wanted and for the times we wanted, we had a few key goals that we wanted to pin point

✔️Snag Tiana for night time
✔️Single LL for Cosmic because it’s our ABSOLUTE FAVORITE RIDE IN ALL OF DISNEY!!
✔️Get an early morning LL for Smugglers run, I don’t have much luck with this ride - every time we get in line the posted wait time is was lower than what we actually wait..
✔️ToyStory Mania and Tower early so we can get Rockin done right after and park hop (Everest is calling our names in AK yall!)
✔️Space Ranger Spin right off the bat, we love this ride but the line queue is soooo boring and most of it is outside in the hot sun
✔️Can’t forget the mansion, same as space ranger spin, outdoor line queue some parts directly in the sun

And the best part, as soon as we scan into our first LL we are able to book another from any Tier, and ANY PARK since we have a park hopper!

So this is your sign, if you plan to utilize multipass, make sure you are STAYING ON PROPERTY that way you are getting the most out of your money! 💵 ✨
