Beautiful beachfront ranch located in Playa Amatecampo. This ranch is only a 15 minute drive from the airport, and a 30 minute drive from the famous Surf City. Outdoor parking able to fit up to 7 cars, large swimming pool, small whirlpool bath, main house with 2 spacious bedrooms with multiple beds, including their own washrooms. Ocean view bungalow with bedroom, washroom. Ocean view Hut with 1 bedroom and a washroom. Bungalow and hut have a small swimming pool and BBQ area. Air conditioning in the bedrooms of the main house and bungalow only, no A/C in the hut. No wifi (coming soon)

The Space
Main House:
- Full Kitchen with refrigerator, gas stove, sink, microwave, coffee maker
- 1st bedroom includes air conditioning ,1 bunk bed and 3 full sized beds
- Full washroom just outside on the left hand side to 1st bedroom entrance
- 2nd bedroom includes air conditioning, 2 bunk beds, 1 full sized bed and a full washroom inside room
- Large pool to the side of the house

The Hut:
- 1 bedroom on the 2nd floor with no air conditioning on the top floor with a queen sized bed
- Ocean view from bedroom
- 1st floor has a lounge area, full washroom
- Small pool in front of the hut
- BBQ area

Bungalow:
- Open concept bedroom with 1 queen sized bed
- Ocean view from bed
- Full washroom located inside
- Lounge area under the bungalow
- Small pool in front of bungalow
- BBQ area

Gated property with security camera and a gated door to the beach
