The good news has finally arrived! The Interactive Fountain (splash pad) will open this summer season! We were told it wouldn’t open this season. This is such a great feature for the kiddos and it’s very close to the condo!

Where’s your favorite spot to watch the sun rise in OCMD? I’m an early riser. The beach is a short walk from the condo on 67th street entrance. I love my morning walks on the beach watching the sun rise. 🌞

Now, Sunset Island is the BEST place to be to watch the sunset with a drink in your hand!!

Sunset Island is a beautiful community. We love our morning walk around the island.

Restaurants and stores are opening back up for the season! Come visit OCMD. Calendar is open with availability starting in April.
