Sometimes it’s hard to book a cabana on the Disney private islands but somehow I managed to get one a few weeks before this cruise, someone must have cancelled it and I snagged it in the app! It’s a Lighthiuse Point Grand Cabana which will hold up to 16 people! It’s beautiful and right on the ocean!

A very quick whirlwind trip to Disney! We hit all the parks, rode all the rides and then ended up staying one more day to lay by the pool! More pictures to come! We got so lucky and stumbled on some really fun picture spots with no lines!

Jamestown!!!! I’m sure I came here when I was a kid but I don’t remember it at all! Such a fun day checking out Jamestown, such an awesome place full of rich history! We ended the day at a local brewery to catch up with the rest of our airstream group but I got zero pictures there! I loved the church and the replica ships! I can’t even imagine taking such a small vessel across the ocean for a 144 day trip!!

We skipped Williamsburg today and opted to take a bike ride on our new ebikes. This was a new thing for me, I haven’t ridden a bike that wasn’t stationary in a long time and not at all since my vestibular migraine diagnosis. I’m not going to lie I was nervous…. But I did it! And the bike path runs parallel to a busy road and there was a bridge over the Chickahominy River (for those of you who aren’t familiar with a vestibular issue this can be a little confusing to the system since your eyes are telling your brain you are high up and there is water moving and you are going in a different direction physically) and it did not increase my dizziness. So for those of you that struggle with dizziness don’t let it stop you…. Push your limits…. Do hard things!!!
