Skardu is a city located in Gilgit−Baltistan, Pakistan, and serves as the capital of the Skardu District. Skardu is situated at an elevation of nearly 2,500 meters (8,202 feet) in the Skardu Valley, at the confluence of the Indus and Shigar Rivers. The city is an important gateway to the eight-thousanders of the nearby Karakoram mountain range. The Indus River running through the region separates the Karakoram from the Himalayas.

Jaglot – Skardu is a major link between KKH and Skardu. The difficult terrain has intense snowfall and major rock sliding and the weather is very hot in June.

Aloo Bukhara (Plum) Sharbat |آلو بخارے کا شربت | Plum Juice | (Plum)Sharbat
Ingredients
Plum Extract
1. Aloo Bukhara (Plum): 1KG
2. Water: 5-8 Cup
3. Salt (Nmaak) : 1/4 Tsp
4. Sugar (Cheeni) : 10-15 Tsp

How To Make Aloo Bukhara (Plum) Sharbat
METHOD:
Wash and put plums in a large pot. Add water, Sugar & Salt, Bring to a boil. Cook for 5 minute. Smash with pestle to open the skins.
Turn off heat. now filter all the material and grand in juicer machine. serve on Ice,
you can add more water if the juice is very thick.

امبریلا واٹر فال پونا تحصیل حویلیاں۔
میرے لذیذ دوستو اگر آپ تصاویر میں دکھائ دینے والی جگہ پہ جانا چاھتے ھیں تو کچھ تفصیل بیان کر دوں۔
پنڈی/اسلام آباد سے ایبٹ آباد آتے ھوئے ھزارہ موٹروے کے شاہ مقصود انٹرچینج سے اتر کے بارہ کلومیٹر بعد حویلیاں شہر آتا ھے (مابدولت کا ھوم ٹاؤن)۔حویلیاں کے مرکزی چوک سے ھوتے ھوئے پاکستان کے نارتھ کے آخری ریلوے سٹیشن کو چھوتے ھوئے مزید بائیس کلومیٹر کی پہاڑی روڈ آپکو سجیکوٹ کے ھرے بھرے گاؤں پہنچا دیتی ھے۔اس ایریا میں ڈرائیو کرتے ھوئے احتیاط برتیں کہ ایریا خوبصورت اور سڑک اچھی مگر خطرناک ھے۔سجیکوٹ کی وجہ شہرت اسکی خوبصورت اور بلند و بالا آبشار ھے۔
مگر اگر آپ سجیکوٹ آبشار وزٹ کر چکے ھیں تو بس یہ جان لیجیئے کہ آپ نے اسی روڈ پہ مزید تین کلو میٹر آگے جانا ھے۔مگر اترائ سجیکوٹ آبشار کی نسبت تین گنا طویل اور دشوار ھے۔لہذا مناسب ھے جوگرز پہن کے جائیں۔اور اچھی بات یہ کہ اوپر ریسٹورینٹ وغیرہ موجود ھیں گاڑی پارک کرنے اور کھانے پینے کی ٹینشن نہیں ھے۔نئے جانے والے یاد رکھیں کہ پراپر ھائیکنگ کرنے والوں اور فزیکلی فٹ لوگوں کو چھوڑ کے باقی سب کے لیئے اترائ چڑھائ زیادہ آسان نہیں ھے۔لہذا بلکل سکون سے چلیں اور وقفے وقفے سے آرام کرتے ھوئے جائیں اور آئیں۔

سیاحت سے لگاو رکھنے والوں کیلے مفت اور مفید مشورہ 😊گلگت بلتستان کیلے کہاں سے گاڑیاں جاتی ہیں اور بائی ائیر جانے کی صورت میں خوبصورت مقامات پر کیسے پہنچ سکتے ہیں؟ تو یہ تحریر ان دوستوں کیلے۔۔۔۔۔
گلگت بلتستان اپنی خوبصورتی کی وجہ اس وقت دنیا میں ایک برانڈ بن چکا ہے۔ہر سال ہزاروں کی تعداد میں ملکی اور عیر ملکی سیاح گلگت بلتستان کا رخ کرتے ہیں۔عیر ملکی سیاح تو اپنے ایک پلین کے تحت آتے ہیں اور سیر و تفریخ کرکے چلا جاتا ہے۔ جبکہ ملکی سیاحوں کیلے ایسا ممکن نہیں ہے، کیونکہ ہمارا پلین پہلے سے طے شدہ نہیں بلکہ اچانک بنتا ہے۔اس وجہ بہت سارے مشکلات پیش آتے ہیں۔دوستو! گلگت بلتستان جانے کیلے اگر آپ کا بجٹ اچھا ہے ،تو میرا مشورہ یہی ہے کہ آپ لاہور سے یا اسلام آباد سے بائی ایئر سکردو یا گلگت چلا جائے۔البتہ بائی ایئر سکردو جانے کی صورت میں آپ کو یہ فائدہ ضرور ہوگا کہ سکردو میں تفصیلی وزٹ کے بعد، آپ دیوسائی روٹ سے گلگت ڈویژن کے بھی تمام خوبصورت مقامات(استور، ہنزہ نگر، نلتر ،خنجراب پاس وغیرہ) پر بھی جا سکتے ہیں۔سکردو میں لینڈ کرنے کے بعد 4 سے 5 دن سکردو(شگر، کھرمنک،گانچھے) کے تمام حسیں ٹورسٹ سپوٹ دیکھنے کے بعد دیوسائی(Roof of the world) روٹ سے استور چلا جائے۔استور میں یکدم ہونے کے بعد آپ گلگت ڈویژن کے کسی بھی خوبصورت مقامات کا رخ کرسکتے ،جیسے ہنزہ ،نلتر، نگر وغیرہ۔اور یہاں گلگت سے بائی ائیر اسلام آباد بھی جاسکتے ہیں ارو بائی روڈ جانے کی صورت میں بھی روڈ خوبصورت اور کشادہ ہے۔یوں 8 سے 9 دن میں آپ پورا گلگت بلتستان دیکھ سکتا ہے۔۔۔۔۔۔
