And a few years ago, we rebranded to Niagara City Cruises, but most things have stayed the same. Ever wonder how our Niagara boats made it to the base of Falls? Ten years ago, our two 700-passenger vessels were brought down the steep Niagara Gorge in pieces and were carefully reassembled by the shoreline!
The road down to the base isn’t just incredibly steep, it’s also very narrow. In fact, there was only a few inches on each side for wiggle room, making it an extremely precise operation for the team.
The mission was a success, and ten years on, our boats continue serve over 2 million passengers a year! 😄🎉
