Landela ilanga

Welcome to the 2024 summer season. Bookings are now open on our Landela ilanga caravan on Oakfield Park, Towyn.

The van sleeps 4 people, has a kingsize bed in the main bedroom with ensuite toilet and shower.

In the second bedroom are 2 single beds. Opposite this bedroom is another toilet with basin.

The kitchen is fully equipped with gas stove and microwave. The fridge and freezer is one under-counter unit. Toaster and kettle.

We have a TV and dvd player with a large selection of dvds.

There is a large gated decking with table and chairs for outdoor dining.

We are a pet friendly caravan on a pet friendly park.

This year's prices are:
£55 per night from now until end of June.

£75 per night for July and August and all bank holiday weekends.

From 1st September to end November the price is again £55 per night.

A beautiful day at the beach, bright sunshine and a gentle breeze. This is the beach behind Asda in Kinmel Bay. There is a coffee shop, an ice cream shop and pay toilets. Just 5 minutes away from our caravan.

The market over the way from the fun fair is so popular.

Another place to visit is Marine Lake in Rhyl. It's a lively walk around the lake and miniature train rides for the kids.

You can also book a ski boat ride around the lake.

A gorgeous, sunny first day of the new season on Oakfield Park in Towyn. We are so happy to be here and so are the dogs. We love our holiday home.

Bookings for the summer have started so don't wait too long to book your holiday. We are waiting to welcome you.

Landela ilanga means "follow the sun", a very optimistic name for our van!! 😎🏊‍♀️🚣‍♀️🏄‍♂️🚵‍♀️

On Oakfield Park in Towyn guests have the facility to hire mobility scooters on site. They are all brand new models.

Such a bonus to be able to get to the shops when your legs aren't co-operating!

We had a lovely walk around the lake at Marine Park in Rhyl. It's just 5 minutes away from our caravan. Lots of people walking to get fit. If you walk around the lake 3 times, it's equal to 5 kilometers.

There is also a miniature steam train and rides cost 3 pounds for adults and 2 pounds for children.

We have had guests at Landela ilanga for the last few weeks and are booked up for the school holidays. There is entertainment at the clubhouse on Oakfield Park and lots of fun is being enjoyed by the children. This video was taken last night. The kids had a great time.

Melissa and her family spent the weekend at Landela ilanga, which by the way, means Follow the sun, and this is what they said :
"We had a super time. The caravan is lovely, the site is great and the kids loved it. We will definitely book it again".
