It is the Oldest Private school in Bogo City formerly known as the Cebu Northern Institute, the Northern Cebu College (NCC) is a school of higher learning located in Bogo, a city i. The original school building is a pre-war structure that still stands today. March 10, 1932 NCC formerly CNI was founded by Don Fructuoso Mansueto Fernan.
Northern Cebu Colleges, Inc. (formerly Cebu Northern Institute) is a private higher educational institution in Bogo, Cebu. It was founded in 1932 by Don Fructuoso Mansueto Fernan, who wanted to provide the indigents of Cebu access to high school education. CNI was renamed to Northern Cebu Colleges in 1950 which was the same year that the college department opened. Sixteen years later, the campus was relocated to an area near the sea. Guided by the mission upon its foundation, NCCI strives to produce students who will become community-oriented professionals.
The college currently offers a Bachelor's degree program in Secondary Education, with available specializations in English, Filipino, and Social Studies. Additionally, it has a high school department that accommodates both Junior High School and Senior High School students. For interested SHS students, the Humanities and Social Sciences (HUMSS) strand and the General Academic Strand (GAS) are available.
