Good afternoon all,
Wetherby Cars are currently looking for a full time Telephone operator at our office in Wetherby,
This involves ensuring that all private hire operators and drivers comply with relevant regulations and licensing requirements. The ideal candidate will need to have strong communication skills and ability to work independently. Must be organised and be able to work under pressure.

Responsibilitys:

Answer incoming phone calls from customers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience.
Take customer bookings and accurately record all necessary details such as pick-up and drop-off locations, desired time, and any special requirements.
Assist customers with general enquiries providing information about private hire services, fares, and company policies.
Manage and update the customer database with accurate and up-to-date information.
Coordinate with drivers and dispatchers to ensure efficient and timely service.
Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally, resolving issues to customer satisfaction or escalating them to the Manager.
Collaborate with the team to maintain a smooth workflow and achieve service level goals.
Stay updated on local events, traffic conditions, and road closures to provide accurate information to customers.
