Hearst Castle is a beautiful mansion dating back to 1904 holding a ton of history as it towers on a hill over the Pacific Ocean in central California. 10/10 worth a visit and tour!

Welcome to The Bonneville Salt Flats.
Where speed limits do not exist but mountains do and of course lots of salt. Make a day trip from Salt Lake City and test your need for speed.
So far Utah is 10/10, stay tuned for everything Utah as well as the surrounding states!
The last 6 months in Washington have been absolutely great. We hiked, climbed, camped watched whales, checked out a new city and spent plenty of time exploring. I’m very sad to be saying goodbye to this beautiful place but I know this won’t be goodbye forever.
After Christmas break in MI, I’ll be off to new adventures in another new state. Can you guess where Wander More Travel is off to next?

She’s a busy mom who also wanted to be surprised on vacation. She didn’t want the fun taken out of a new place by having to look up things to do.
This is a “things to do list” for a multi-family, multi-day and multi-location road trip! Each page is broken down by location, listing attractions, hours and prices plus other details. I also listed popular restaurants. She asked for a fun fact sheet for kids, I created a coloring sheet with facts about the locations for car rides!
Not every vacation I plan has to be laid out in a strict itinerary format. I can do something as simple as a list of things to do so you aren’t wasting time on vacation Google searching!

After having the opportunity to plan trips for people this summer, I was able to gage how much time and effort goes into doing this for others! Let’s talk about traveling on the Greyhound bus.
I grew up hearing bus travel is dangerous. I never thought I would travel by bus but this past weekend we took a short trip to Montana. Flights are expensive, gas is expensive and we want to conserve mileage on our vehicles. That left the bus. For $130 round trip including 2 luggage items we had a great bus experience. Easy boarding, multiple pit stops for stretching and food, nice drivers, comfy seats and everyone kept to themselves. Overall we had a great experience and would do again! With that being said always be aware of your surroundings, always trust your gut and if you can, travel with a buddy!
Traveling is flexibility and new experiences! Check out the bus for you’re next short trip. 🚌
