If you see this little blue cart wandering around the city, you must stop by and try Obwarzanki. They are about as local as you can get. It’s a polish version of a bagel. They come with different toppings like poppy seeds, salt, baked in cheese, and others. And they are super cheap! Best to get them early in the morning as they taste the freshest then.
