📍 Majahua

Las zonas costeras de Colima, en su gran mayoría, son de agreste y solitario entorno, no muy alineadas a lo tradicional en el turismo costero mexicano.
-
Majahua hasta hace relativamente poco tiempo no era más que una playa virgen en las costas de Colima. Su playa que se extiende a mar abierto, con aguas de considerable profundidad, un sitio perfecto para los buzos de mayor experiencia. Tiene un oleaje de moderada intensidad, el cual rompe en la arena, a lo largo de una vasta extensión de costa de suave pendiente.

Es una excelente zona para practicar pesca deportiva, pues sus aguas son generosas en especies como dorado, marlín y pez vela. Además de ser idónea para otras diversiones náuticas: windsurf, esnórquel, regatas, esquí acuático, surfing, etc.

No es extraño avistar entre la abundante vegetación ejemplares de venados, jabalíes, cocodrilos, pavos salvajes y jaguares, entre varios otros animales.

It is located a little more than a kilometer from Chacala and is projected before the eyes of visitors as a tropical refuge of golden sand and calm waves. The beaches of Chacalilla Bay are protected by high cliffs and are home to numerous species of marine animals.

📍 Islas de San Benito

In the Mexican Pacific about 95 kilometers west of the Baja California Peninsula, we find the three islands of San Benito that together comprise an area of 4 square kilometers. There is very little vegetation on these islands, but it changes completely when you explore the waters of these islands.
-
The water is turquoise, with a visibility range of more than 30 meters when diving or snorkeling. There emerges a yellow kelp forest that fascinates visitors. From time to time, the fantastic calm of these depths is disturbed by playful sea lions. When you go down to about 20 meters deep, the colors intensify, both the reds of certain algae and the greens of sea grasses growing on the kelp.
