We have a VRBO booking for June 15th- June 18th!

They have to cancel~Can you come?

I received an email that one of our VRBO bookings needs to cancel. Our policy is no refunds with 30 days. I do offer a return of money if I book the dates. Since it would be last minute booking, of course my rates are discounted. I figure some money, is better than no money.

My email from last week was offering $105/night. Is anyone able to come for $95/night?

During the summer, we have a 3 night minimum, but I am ok with one, two or three nights.

One night $180.70
Two nights $281.40
Three nights $382.10
