To get this Visa, you will have to submit documents including invitation letter, pictures proving the relationship... This Visa will allow a maximum stay of 90 days.

-10 days in quarantine facility and 4 days under home quarantine to complete the 14 days quarantine

-RTPCR test on 7th day instead of 5th...

For Locally Stranded Individuals (LSI) and Transit Travelers:
1. Valid government-issued ID
2. Negative RT-PCR (swab or saliva) test result from DOH-accredited laboratories, valid within five (5) days from collection

For Authorized Persons Outside Residence (APOR):
Private APOR and Government APOR with RNR Letter Order
1. Company ID
2. Negative RT-PCR (swab or saliva) test result from DOH-accredited laboratories, valid within five (5) days from collection
Government APOR
1. Valid ID
2. Mission Order / Travel Order

For Indispensable Travel:
1. Valid government-issued ID
2. Negative RT-PCR (swab or saliva) test result from DOH-accredited laboratories, valid within five (5) days from collection
3. Pass symptoms screening
4. Referral from doctor / hospital in Zamboanga City (for those traveling for medical reasons)
5. Death Certificate (for those attending a funeral)

For Students/Reviewees Returning to Zamboanga:
1. Proof of Transaction from the college / university
2. Negative RT-PCR (swab or saliva) test result from DOH-accredited laboratories, valid within five (5) days from collection
