One of the best perks (out of many) to staying at Cabana Bay? The walkway to Volcano Bay 🌋! In my opinion, it’s so much more convenient than having to jump on a bus in your bathing suit 👙!

Had to make a stop over in the brand new DreamWorks Land ☁️ and we saw SO MANY characters! I love that you could meet not only Shrek in his swamp, but Donkey 🫏 and Princess Fiona 👸 too! If you have little ones, or have some nostalgia towards Shrek and the gang, definitely make a stop over here!

The gingerbread house 🏠 at the Grand Floridian is officially open! I always recommend a resort day (or 2!) when staying at Disney for the holiday season 🎄. It’s so fun to hop to the other resorts and see the decorations! There are some specific resorts (like the Grand Floridian), who have gingerbread displays as well! Be sure to buy a shingle if you make a visit!

Who’s ready for the holiday season?! 🙋‍♀️🙋‍♀️🙋‍♀️ The parks are already getting into that holiday mode, which of course starts with the merchandise! I may have come home with a few holiday goodies myself 😏. But how could I not! Look how cute it is!

Caught Green Goblin 🎃 and Dr. Doom 🤖 causing mischief around Marvel Superhero Island over at Islands of Adventure! One of the things I love ❤️ about the character meet and greets at Universal Parks is that for a lot of them, you just happen upon them! They are a great surprise to run into!

We received some “wizard magic” 🧙‍♀️ on our trip! When the front desk clerk found out we were celebrating our anniversary, they gifted us a couple of free drink 🍹 vouchers! Mine was spent on Starbucks ☕️ and my husband’s was spent on a beer 🍺 at the Swizzle Lounge! Huge shout out to Cabana Bay!

Today kicked my butt 😂😂. Which reminds me. It’s ok to stop and take breaks! There’s nothing wrong with taking the time to sit down and enjoy a frozen Butterbeer 🍺 in Diagon Alley 🐉! Your body will thank you later!

Slept in this morning since we were out so late at Halloween Horror Nights 😱! It was so fun being able to close the Halloween season here in Orlando! I highly recommend the last night as most wait times were not over an hour ⏰ except for a couple of houses!

Had quite the morning at Islands of Adventure! We started off with Hagrids Motorbike Adventure to get our blood flowing! We were able to get so much accomplished due to arriving early. Popeye 💪 said we must be eating our spinach 🍃! Heading back to Cabana Bay 🚎 for a bite to eat and a rest before heading out for the final night of Halloween Horror Nights!

To round out the night yesterday after dinner we dropped by the Red Coconut Club 🥥(temporarily the Dead Coconut Club) to check out the Blumhouse photo ops. This was super fun and they had photo ops for movies such as The Black Phone 📞, Happy Death Day 🔪, and The Purge 👺! This is a fun thing they do during the Halloween season 🎃.
