When my clients are looking for something a little different to do on their vacation, I will often ask them if they are interested in a cooking class. This is a great way to experience being in a local family's home and making their regional favorites. Diana and her sister Mary wanted a small group class.(4-6 people) Rita, the local host taught them to make pasta for ravioli, eggplant parmesan, meatballs. calzones filled with cheeses and an almond chocolate cake. Not only do you learn about the food, but you share the meal you cooked, with wine of course! Such a fun afternoon. Added bonus, Rita emailed them the recipes!

Grab a snack, lots to share!🍿 Clients Kelly Jo & Randy returned from a Princess Connoisseur Escorted Cruise Tour in August. Oh the things they saw!!! This tour was jam-packed! 7 days of escorted tours, a fabulous guide & meals! Through Fairbanks to Denali, a rail tour to Talkeetna, they stayed at Mount McKinley Wilderness Lodge and had some time on their own. From there, they took a motor coach from McKinley to Whittier. The first 7 days were filled with nature, fresh air and a riverboat cruise. This alone would have been a fabulous trip 🎉 But wait, there's more!😍 Four wheeling and Segways!
They connected with the second part of the tour on the Royal Princess Cruise! There was some fog during their glacier cruising, but wow, the fog lifted for some spectacular views! Kelly chose a back balcony for non-stop Alaska! This cruise went through Hubbard Glacier, Glacier Bay, Icy Straight Point, Juno, Ketchikan and ended in Vancouver where they extended their stay a couple of days. This is how you do summer!!!! Thank you Kelly for all the wonderful pictures. You are a pleasure to work with❤️

We are on the Emerald Princess. 1st and second day is in Quebec. Canada means "Village". There are more people in the state of California than all of Canada coast to coast! You can fit Texas just over two times in this province. We are in a standard balcony. This ship has a lot of open spaces ❤️ Can't wait to see this country!🇨🇦
