Southwest Airlines is making a BIG CHANGE….
BIG CHANGES: Southwest Airlines is moving to assigned seating for the first time and also offering premium options. The company says 80% of customers prefer an assigned seat.

Currently in Fort Lauderdale for Cruise360🤓checking out the local area! First stop Kelly’s Landing for Lobster Tots, a Lobster Roll (warm) and coleslaw…delicious!
Headed to the Boatyard to meet up with some Travel Agents and enjoyed the view and Happy Hour…Nauti-Ritas and Shrimp cocktail…delicious!
Highly recommend both places while in Fort Lauderdale!

I am playing catch up and can't wait to tell you about the Jubilee! I just spent a week on the beautiful ship!
To start, my cabin was amazing...I booked an Excel Corner Suite and it did not disappoint!! The shower was amazing and the wrap balcony was the best!
The CD, Kyndall Fire is the truly amazing! She is so engaged with guest and you will find her all over that ship! Her energy is top notch and you will enjoy sailing with her as the CD!
The ship is large and you will walk alot! The shows on Center Stage are great and a must see! The Piano Bar with Ben was absolutely hilarious..not for all people but fun for us! The Casino was busy as normal and they do have a smoking and non-smoking section! Night club was busy and popping like they usually are! The Backyard Band playing in Pig and Anchor was very good and had a great energy; enjoyed watching them! The Love and Marriage show, funny as always...the participants and CD make it fun! Bolt the famous Roller Coaster at Sea was busy and people did have fun on it...I did not have a chance to ride it! The Adult only area, Serenity on this class of ship is amazing! The space, the pool, the bar are all great and laid out well! The Loft which is located above Serenity is for those that book a cabin with access to the Loft or you purchase a pass to go up there...talk about peace and quiet, a must if you want to escape the hustle and bustle of the ship! The Alchemy Bar, Dr. Inks, Havana Bar, The Golden Mermaid and Flavortown are just a few of the bars on board and they are all great at making drinks...my favorite are the Margaritas from Flavortown in Pig and Anchor!
Hero's also located in the Pig and Anchor anchor area (deck 8 aft) has ice cream ;)
You have the normal activities like *Bingo, *Spa, Trivia, Game Shows, Comedy shows, etc going on if you like to do those things!

Let's talk food...Guy's burgers is always great, Big Chicken..aka Shaq's chicken was really good! The buffet was good, you know buffet's can be hit or miss but overall not bad! MDR service was a tad bit slow but expected with a ship that size and new. Food in the MDR was ok, some things better than others. The Steakhouse was so good and worth the extra money! The Teppanyaki was very good as well and again worth the extra money! The Blue Iguana taco's were good as usual! The Seafood Shack on the Lido deck was an extra cost and good...I did a seafood platter and it was good however the fish wasn't for me but the clam chowder on a cold night was delicious! We did not have time to hit up all the places to eat but no worries, I will be back on the Jubilee soon and will have more to report on additional places!
Ports of call...Roatan, Costa Maya and Cozumel!
We started off in Roatan with an excursion outside of Carnival that took us to Little French Key..one of my favorite places! We enjoyed the beautiful water, food and drinks! It was a perfect day there!
In Costa Maya, the gang headed over to get our golf carts I reserved and we took off to the Krazy Lobster! Margarita's were very good, food was good and the water was the clearest I have seen it in a long time. We will be going back there!
In Cozumel, we grabbed a taxi and headed to Mr. Sancho's.... we were greeted by my friend Eric and he took us to his section to be seated! The ocean had some motion going on so I didn't get in but not to worries...the view, the smell of the ocean, drinks/food and company made the day perfect!
There is so much to see and do on the ship, it can be hard to see it on one cruise...but what you do see and do will be a wonderful experience and memories created will last a life time!

What’s your favorite Carnival ship?
I just returned from sailing out of Miami on the beautiful Carnival Celebration!
I enjoyed 7 days on this magnificent ship with ports of call being Cozumel, Mahogany Bay and Costa Maya!
I was able to explore the ship to be able to compare it to the Carnival Jubilee that will arrive in Galveston in December! We are in for a real treat having this class of ship in Texas!

I am currently in beautiful Miami! We stayed at the Intercontinental Miami and what a beautiful hotel in a perfect spot!
We took a walk to Bayside and enjoyed some good Cuban food and drinks! They also have many other places to eat!

Sometimes I get asked the question about balcony doors and kids. Here is a quick video showing the door to the balcony in our room on the NCL Prima!
This was something unique on the NCL Prima and I like it! It was great to not worry about door hangers or magnets!
