We are hiring Travel Consultant (German/Italian) to join Mayfair Jets Egypt team.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Consultant (German/Italian) at Mayfair Jets Egypt in Cairo. The Travel Consultant will manage travel arrangements, provide exceptional customer service, handle reservations, and offer clients travel consulting services.

Responsibilities

▪ Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
▪ Support customers with booking, ticketing, flight changes, cancellations, and other travel-related services.
▪ Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
▪ Address customer complaints empathetically and professionally, escalating complex cases when needed.
▪ Recommend additional travel-related services to meet customer needs and enhance their experience.

Qualifications

▪ Fluent in German or Italian (spoken and written).
▪ Excellent communication skills with a professional and customer-oriented approach.
▪ Familiarity with CRM systems, email, and live chat tools is a plus.
▪ Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply – no prior experience is needed.
▪ Flexibility to work in shifts.

Mayfair Jets Egypt recently met with travel industry leaders to discuss cooperation on establishing new flights from Italy to Egypt. The proposed collaboration involves full-package travel solutions, which would be distributed through a network of travel agents across Italy.

As part of the discussions, a business plan has been requested, detailing suggested routes and potential start dates. The plan, expected by the end of December 2024, will enable Mayfair Jets to assess the viability and strategic value of this initiative.

This effort highlights Mayfair Jets Egypt’s ongoing commitment to expanding connectivity and delivering tailored solutions to meet market demands.

Sixty-two attendees traveled on an Embraer E-190, with every detail carefully planned to ensure a smooth and comfortable journey. Key Meeting Between Egypt’s Civil Aviation Minister and Mayfair Jets Chairman
A successful meeting was held between His Excellency Captain Sameh Elhefny, Egyptian Minister of Civil Aviation, and Ahmed Elhawary MBE, Co-Founder and Chairman of Mayfair Jets Group (MFJ), to discuss the critical role of charter flights in boosting Egypt’s GDP and enhancing inbound tourism.
During the meeting, His Excellency stressed the importance of maximizing the volume of incoming flights operated by Egyptian carriers while upholding Aviation industry directives and maintaining the highest safety standards.
MFJ has transported 750,000 passengers in 2024 to date, from Germany, Italy, the Czech Republic, Poland, Austria, and Switzerland, with projections to reach 1 million passengers by the end of the year.
Elhawary expressed his gratitude, stating, “I am more than honoured and grateful to have had the chance to capture the thoughts and insights of His Excellency Minister Sameh Elhefny, and look anxiously towards a bright future under his guidance.”
The meeting reflects a shared commitment to strengthening Egypt’s aviation sector and its contribution to the country’s economy and tourism.

عُقد اجتماع ناجح بين معالي الكابتن سامح الحفني، وزير الطيران المدني المصري، حيث تفضّل معالي الوزير بمقابلة أحمد الهواري، الشريك المؤسس ورئيس مجموعة مايفير جيتس (MFJ)، لمناقشة الدور الحيوي لرحلات الطيران العارض في المشاركة في زيادة الناتج المحلي في مصر وتعزيز السياحة الوافدة .

وشدد سيادته خلال الاجتماع على أهمية تعظيم حجم الرحلات القادمة التي تديرها شركات الطيران المصرية مع الالتزام بتوجيهات صناعة الطيران العالمية والحفاظ على أعلى معايير السلامة.

قامت MFJ بنقل 750 ألف مسافر في عام 2024 حتى الآن، من ألمانيا وإيطاليا وجمهورية التشيك وبولندا والنمسا وسويسرا، مع توقعات للوصول إلى مليون مسافر بحلول نهاية العام.

وأعرب الهواري عن امتنانه قائلاً: "لقد شرفت باللقاء مع سيادته كما اشعر بالامتنان أن أتيحت لي الفرصة لالتقاط أفكار ورؤى معالي الوزير سامح الحفني، واتطلع بفارغ الصبر نحو مستقبل مشرق تحت قيادته".
