Meet Elia Claros

Our Retreat Coordinador

Elia is passionate about Yoga since early college years when meditation was introduced to her. From there her yoga journey began due to taking dance classes and needing to be more flexible. The true flexibility came with the much greater meaning yoga has meant in her life. As a professional in the Healthcare field, yoga has been an outlet of much stress relief and support.
Through reiki certification, breathe work classes and the vast yoga community this passion continue to motivate her to help her community understand the benefits of yoga.
Experienced in the administrative skills, communication skills, travel, and coordination she makes a great asset to the yoga international retreats. Her major in Anthropology truly shows her appreciation in cultures, languages and people.
