✨Luxury is Affordable.
Mirrors can add luxury to a place. Avoid clutter and too many decorations. Place shelves high up on the wall. Paint your doors black and most of the walls white to add contrast.

Being an AirBnb Host is no game.

It can be hard sometimes, but I tell you, it is fulfilling!

To become a successful AirBnB Host, you must remember the following:

- You should advertise only quality photos and videos of the property.

- Research the right price for your property.

- Experience is the best teacher. Whatever mistakes you had in the past, learn from them.

- Time is gold. Recognize if you can do this alone or with a Property Manager to ease all the responsibilities on your shoulders.

What is the 90-Day Airbnb Rule?

This means a property can't be let out on Airbnb for more than 90 days of occupied nights per year.

Once your limit has been reached, Airbnb will automatically close bookings for your property until the end of the calendar year. The 90-day limit applies to both 90 consecutive days or 90 days spread throughout the year.

This rule was implemented to legalise short stays in London.
