Skradin is a small, romantic and dreamy town in the Dalmatian region of Croatia. It is located only about 19 km from Sibenik and lies directly on the river Krka. It is also called "The gateway to Krka National Park", is a protected monument and one of the oldest towns in the country.
The picturesque scenery of the Mediterranean town with its narrow cobbled streets, historical buildings from the 17th and 18th centuries, the emerald green river Krka in front of the door and the forested mountains look particularly attractive to visitors.
