ROOM IN PONSONBY / GREY LYNN FLAT 🏡

Hello hello! We’re looking for someone to join us in our Richmond Road flat, right around the corner from Ponsonby Central, Ripe Deli, and Grey Lynn Park.

The house is in a 4 bedroom villa and four of us live here, 1 girl 3 guys all in their 20’s (one couple share a room). We’ve got 2 Irish, 1 English and a kiwi! The available room is at the back of the house with a big window and gets the gorgeous evening sun.

The new flatmate will be someone tidy, independent, and chill. Ideally looking for someone also in their 20’s.

Move in date: 10th of July
Location: Richmond Road

Hello, unfortunately I am moving so looking for someone to fill my room in our 4 bedroom flat in Northcote.

Looking for a single who would provide good chat, be clean, self-aware and respectful, be close in ages to current flatties (23-26). We aren't a party flat but love to have a cheeky wine or dinner with friends! We would love someone who wants to socialise, and doesn't feel like strangers under one roof!

The room available includes :
• Good sized room with a large wardrobe with built in shelving & hanging racks.
• You would also be sharing a bathroom downstairs with one female.
•Warm dry house
•Good vibes

Details:
MOVE IN DATE 26th June. But room can be available earlier.

Rent - $205 per week
Bond - $900

Where - Northcote, in a brand new unit as of last year, plus on street parking. Close to motorways, the city, bus stops, supermarket and lots of good food spots, takapuna beach.
Flatties - 2 girls + 1 guy (+ maybe u)

Need someone for 26th June but can be earlier if needed, no pets and expenses paid as they come in, we split all bills (gas, wifi, rent)

Have a large villa in Herne Bay/Ponsonby area that is available for move in now. Have an option to be furnished or unfurnished. Whole property as one rental. Works out to be around $280 per room plus expenses 👍😊🏡

Opportunity to live rent free!!! Yes that’s right, rent free!!
What’s the catch you wonder, well we don’t see it as a catch, but I am an independent male with Cerebral Palsy. I need some assistance with a few day-to-day tasks such as preparing and assisting (feeding) with breakfasts and packing lunches and preparing and assisting with dinners 3/4 days a week with some weekend assistance as well. Also, general cleaning and laundry and grocery shopping as needed. This should just fit in with you own day to day activities and I can be flexible when things pop up.
Need to be able to cook basic meals and be generally clean and tidy.
The apartment - stunning 3 bedroom apartment in the award winning Hopetoun residence right by Ponsonby Road and K Road. There is a large kitchen with butlers pantry, large living area and balcony and the complex has a tennis court and pool. The available bedroom has a large wardrobe and is fully furnished, with a bathroom shared with one other clean and tidy female flatmate.
Ideally looking for a student or someone who does casual/part time work.
In return for the assistance needed your rent and utilities are fully paid.
