Here we are, Rosh Hashana is in 1 week, the big day is coming. 2020/5780 has certainly been humbling.

Perhaps we took it for granted, the ease in which we come & go to/from the Holy Land at will? For 2,000 years our people walked, sailed, crawled, and fought through every challenge imaginable to get here, to come home. Since the miracle of 1948 we've come & gone visiting Israel as easily as the changing of the tides.

Now, Israel is physically blocked off from the outside world, it hurts. For my entire adult life I've built a company to bring people to Israel, and in one day it stopped. I've worked with the kindest people in the world, from my tour guides to the hotel bellboys and everyone in between, we all want to get back to work, we're ready and waiting with a renewed passion for tourism to begin anew.

We'll be here waiting & ready to serve our clients, to share the Holy Land with them for many years to come. May the new year of 5781 bring us revealed blessings and goodness, and an immediate return of visitors & immigrants to our Holy Land.

May we all be inscribed in the book of life for a year of health & happiness. Shana tova!

Every human life is invaluable.

Hatzalah is a 100% free volunteer medical response organization. They have 6,000 medical volunteers rushing out to calls all over Israel during regular times...

The efforts handling & fielding additional COVID19 calls over the next 90 days will cost $2.5 million on top of the regular operations budget. 1/2 their medics lack protective gear to rush to these calls. Call centers are operating under strict protocols to ensure even with the heavy burden, ALL phone calls are still answered within 5 seconds and medics are dispatched.

There are many efforts being launched, far too many to list. If you can donate anything, even a few dollars, https://israelrescue.org/project/coronaresponse lives will be saved.

The incremental costs to United Hatzalah of responding to this crisis, including PPE kits, additional medical equipment and increased staff, is approximately $28,000 per day.
