Please keep in mind linens are a seperate fee! The benefit in this is allowing those who dont want to use company linens to pay a lesser fee. Those who do want company linens to help us out with the cost of keep clean linens.

New pricing!

All large units two bedroom RVs go for $180 a night.

Medium units 1 bedroom units $160 a night

Small units $110 per night

Prep fee - $75
Clean fee - $100
Linens & towels - $120 Optional fee

Delivery fee $4.50 per mile one way.

Tennessee state tax applies & a processing fee.

All units hold a $500 security deposit PLUS processing fee.

Saves you money if you dont need linens, but if you do it will cover our expenses for linens!

Hi!
We are looking for dependable cleaners to help maintain a clean environment on our rentals. This individual must be detailed & communicative.

Duties would be :

•Clean & sanatize each room.
•Change trash bags out of unit.
• Keep items like toliet paper,
handsoap & paper towels stocked.
•Making bed/beds
• drop off & Pick up laundry at laundromat.
•Report any needed repairs
•Report needed restock items

Pay
•$16 an hour up to 3 hours per unit.
•Additional $10 for laundry/linens drop off which equates to $3 per mile loaded.
• if anything more than a wipe down is required compensation for that is available
•compensation for found damages is also available
•Pay is Once a week via ACH

Total of 6 units & growing
Units are 35-36 ft long travel trailers. 2 slide outs.
