Most plants have some roots. I will not disturb by uprooting. They will ship in their actual pots in moss with humidity domes if they are chonks. Plants with big leaves will ship in pot without domes. After delivery, water if necessary, let sit in low light untill acclimated. Remember shipping causes stress. Uprooting & peeling moss to repot upon delivery will only cause the plant to decline.
Please have Knowledge/Experience further rooting and caring for these. They are thriving right now in my care but keep in mind the risk of shipping live plants and acclimating process is out of my control once shipped.
Carrier delays, damages and absence of scanning are out of my control as well. I take all packages to post office for initial acceptance scan. After that, I'll only have the same information customer see in tracking results. Any carrier claims will be done by the customer since I already had the worst experience filling the claim and being asked to bring the original box with all its contents which I didn't have in my possession.
All sales are final. Unpacking video within 2 hours is required for any DOA claims, with no exceptions!
