The outdoor kitchen is progressing..Now Aaron, our private chef the guests love to use, is going to have a commercial stove with oven , a fryer and pizza oven to have fun with!! I know our guests will enjoy the new addition when complete!! We are very impressed with Gomez Construction and his crew!

What an incredible day of fishing!!! Staying at Shedrock Shangrila and passionate about fishing? Cal Tropic Tours comes highly recommended. They picked us up at our dock and, after a 30-minute boat ride and catching our bait, we caught a variety of fish including jacks, Bonita, rainbow fish, barracuda, and yellow eye snapper. Their gear is excellent, and their fishing skills are impressive. Many thanks to Elwin and Zwedi for a memorable day. Book your trip on Cal Tropic website or through Ellen Nunez, our property manager extraordinaire. An experience not to be missed!!!

P.S. we did a half-day fishing trip but for those who would prefer to fish a full day, they can also take you deep-sea fishing at Glover’s Atoll. We have done that as well and caught a ton of Mahi, Mahi and other fish. That trip was simply amazing.

Super excited about the sign that will be delivered tomorrow!! It will be double sided so guests can take pics from beach side and pool side. It will be installed above the swings!! This has been such a journey for Tony and me. There is no way we could have done it without Tony’s building experience, Aron building our beautiful escape, our Belizean partners who we have come to love so much and would not be where we are without you!! Our guests thank you!!!

Thank you to Aron and Ellen for just being everywhere, every day managing our property when we are not there. I know we push you and our staff to be the best and.. guess what, you are!!!
