Food!

With two professionally trained chefs on board, we take food pretty seriously around here. And when we catch a fish or snare a lobster, Chef Maya gets to work as quickly as possible to get it out on the table so you can enjoy it fresh! We work closely with several farmers and artisans to show you what the USVI has to offer. Chef also includes wild foraged fruits and plants when possible.

Hello! We are Captain Tim and Chef Maya of Oceanfront Property. Tim has lived in the USVI for nearly 4 years and in addition to being a captain, had worked as a chef for over 10 years. Maya is new to the islands but has been working in kitchens all around the world for 10 years as well. We’re excited to have you on board!
