Just got back from my third Las Vegas work trip of the year! There’s such a wide variety of hotel options, activities, shows and food, of course. The Sphere you see online is nothing compared to seeing it in person!

My absolute go to is Beauty & Essex in the Cosmopolitan. The food is family style. The tomato soup with grilled cheese dumplings are ALL I need.
