What's wrong with United Airlines What's wrong with UAL? There is an absolute absence of customer service.

Gate agents are blatantly rude, gate changes at the last minute, flight cancellations for no reason.....whaddup UAL?

Had to make last minute emergency flight...only UAL to take me. Got there......just can't get back. 06:45 flight now 12:00. Gate staff says there is a mechanical problem....plane is sitting at the gate....no crew. Jesus, Mary and Joseph..UAL represents everything that is wrong with America right now. Don't care about it's customers, lie to their customers, operate a crappy business. So long UAL...I'll take the train

I used to fly UAL all the time. They were my favorite on time airline....I'm not sure who is running the company now...appears to be the 3 Stooges.... I've given them 3 chances and get the same arrogant treatment every time. I'd like to start an effort to grab the attention of the Senior management of UAL to make them understand what they obviously do not see. If you've had issues recently with UAL, tell us about it. Gate changed...miss your flight....gate agents cursing at you....UAL needs to hear it
