Please be informed that airlines will now be asking for 2 valid ID's upon check-in, this maybe due to the increasing number of passengers using fraudulent tickets and falsified ID.Please also be reminded that using issued tickets under other guest's name may be charged with civil and criminal action under existing law and may face imprisonment for up to 20 years. Cebu Pacific Air and Cebgo Domestic Flights Return to Terminal 1

Cebu, Philippines – Domestic flights of Cebu Pacific Air and Cebgo will transfer back to Terminal 1 (T1) effective 16 June 2022, 00:01 PST, as Mactan-Cebu International Airport (MCIA) experiences a significant traffic growth, with Domestic demand now at 52% of pre-pandemic levels. In 2019, at its peak, MCIA saw a daily average of 25,743 domestic passengers.

Cebu Pacific Air and Cebgo flights departing before 23:59 of June 15, 2022, will still depart from Terminal 2 (T2).

All other domestic departures, such as Philippine Airlines/PAL Express, AirAsia, and AirSwift, will continue in T2 until further notice. These airlines will be transferred together to T1 at a confirmed date at least one (1) month before the transfer takes effect.

All International Arrivals and Departures will continue to operate in T2, while all Domestic Arrivals will continue to operate in T1.

Domestic departing flights were transferred to T2 on January 16, 2022, after T1 needed to be closed for repair due to Typhoon Odette last December 2021. The consolidation of operations turned into an opportunity for domestic passengers to experience travelling through the iconic Terminal 2, which operated before as an international terminal only.

1. If record is incorrect, please click "update record" below.

3. Upload a clear copy of vaccination card and any government ID.
4. Click "submit request".

IATF DISALLOWS DOMESTIC LEISURE TRAVEL FROM MARCH 22 TO APRIL 4

The Inter-Agency Task Force against infectious diseases (IATF) has temporarily suspended tourist/leisure between Metro Manila and domestic points in the Philippines.

As such, passengers traveling for leisure will not be allowed on PAL domestic flights to/from Manila from March 22 to April 4.

Leisure travelers affected by these restrictions have the following options:

1. Convert your ticket to a travel voucher with 10% bonus and valid for up to 2 years, which must be requested on or before June 30, 2021.

2. Avail of unlimited rebooking (no rebooking fee) until December 31, 2021. If you will be completing your travel in the same booking class by June 30, 2021 (or ticket validity, whichever comes first), there will be no fare difference charge.

3. Refund your ticket without penalties.

If you are already in a domestic destination and wish to return home, you may do so during this period.

If you are an ROF LSI or APOR, PAL will accept you on flights, provided that you secure all requirements by your LGU. If you wish to make changes to your booking voluntarily, you may do so following the No-Worry Flight Fare rules at https://bit.ly/PALPassengerOptions

This is an evolving situation.

PAL TO CARRY ONLY 'ESSENTIAL' TRAVELERS BETWEEN MANILA and DOMESTIC STATIONS

In line with the latest resolution of the Inter-Agency Task Force on the Management of Infectious Diseases (IATF) allowing only essential travelers in and out of the National Capital Region from March 22 to April 4, Philippine Airlines will only carry passengers traveling for non-leisure purposes between Manila and domestic stations within the said period.

Domestic leisure travelers affected by these restrictions may avail of any of the following options:
1. Convert your ticket to a Travel Voucher (request until June 30, 2021)

If you are a leisure traveler already in a domestic destination and wish to return home, PAL will endeavor to operate flights to Manila to accommodate returning leisure travelers.

If you are a Returning Overseas Filipino (ROF), Locally Stranded Individual (LSI) or Authorized Person Outside of Residence (APOR), PAL will continue to accept you on flights, provided that you secure all requirements by your Local Government Unit (LGU).

MINORS ALLOWED FOR DOMESTIC AIR TRAVEL

Minors are allowed to travel domestically with their families, including air travel around the Philippines, according to an urgent clarification issued by the Philippine Government’s National Task Force Against COVID-19 (NTF) in response to numerous queries received by airlines and travelers. This paves the way for family travel during the upcoming Holy Week.

NTF spokesperson Ret. Gen. Restituto Padilla issued this statement today: “The NTF allows minors to travel with their families point to point. They may also avail of domestic air travel with their families specially during the season of Lent and their academic break.”

It was clarified that restrictions of minors within Metro Manila are limited to crowded places, as announced by the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA).
