Love mountain biking and adventure travel? Are you a sales whiz with a knack for details and getting things done? If so, keep reading!

Infinity Mountainbiking is looking for an awesome Sales and Operations Manager to join our team. You'll be in charge of keeping things running smoothly, boosting sales, and helping us grow.

What you'll do:

Come up with and implement plans to help us reach our goals.

Handle day-to-day stuff like sales, marketing, finances, and customer service.

Lead and mentor our team.

Build strong relationships with our partners.
Keep an eye on industry trends and find new opportunities.

Make sure we're following all the rules and safety standards.

What you'll need:

A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Tourism Management, or something similar.

Experience in a similar role in the adventure travel industry (bonus points if you've worked in Bali!).

Solid understanding of sales, marketing, and finance.

Great communication and people skills, and a knack for solving problems.

A passion for adventure travel and making sure our customers have amazing experiences.
