The heart of the MOJO On The Delta is a one-cylinder, eight-horsepower Hicks engine. Built at the HIcks factory in San Francisco, these engines were popular because of their toughness, reliability, and ease of use. The distinct design means that engine starts are easy…just like magic.

The "MOJO" is famous for being one of the boats used in the filming of the 1951 movie "The African Queen." Lovingly restored to full working condition, she'll be ready to give people tours of the Delta in the Spring of 2023.
