How To Extend Your Visa On Arrival for Bali (eVOA)

The Visitor Visa B213, also known as Visa on Arrival, is the Visa most travellers will need to get when coming to Bali. You might sometimes hear it called the Visa on Arrival, Visit Visa, or Visitor Visa.

The Visa on Arrival (VOA) in Bali is a temporary visa that enables foreign tourists to remain in Indonesia for a maximum of 60 days (initially issued for 30 days, it can be extended once for another 30 days.) It’s a hassle-free option as it doesn’t require travellers to apply for visas before your trip, although it is possible to do so with the eVOA.

✨Do you want to stay in Bali for a long time? Is a VOA no longer cutting it? Let us help you!

You have a few options!

❗️Long-Term eVisa B211 (Offshore)
This is the easiest option and cheapest option! It’s a single entry visa issued for 60 days, extendable twice for an additional 60 days at a time. You can stay a total of 180 days in Indonesia. You must be off shore (out of Indonesia) when you apply. Expedited process can take only four days!

After the 180 days, you will have to leave Indonesia and reapply for a new B211 visa.

❗️Multiple-Entry Business eVisa D212
This is the best choice if you need to stay for long term in Indonesia for business purposes, but also would need to leave often!

The D212 is issued for 1 year and and will allow you to stay in Indonesia for up to 60 consecutive days. Then you must leave Indonesia and re enter.

You can leave as many times as you like and each time 60 days will be counted from the day you enter the country.

🚨 As of 6/27/2023 all applications for NEW B211 visas must be accepted OFFSHORE.

✈️ This means once you apply for your NEW b211 visa you must be out of the country.

✅ EXTENSIONS for B211 may still be completed ONSHORE and DO NOT require you to leave the country. Only after the second extension, once you apply for a new visa, will you be required to process the new visa offshore. 🙏

✨ Conversion from B211 visas to new KITAS may still be completed on shore

Visa On Arrival for Bali Now Available to Citizens from 92 Countries!

The Indonesian government has added many more countries to the list of who can get a Visa on Arrival (VOA) or electronic eVOA to enter Bali, Indonesia.

This means citizens of these 92 countries wishing to stay in Indonesia for 30 days or less can purchase a VOA upon arrival in Bali or organise an eVOA before they arrive to move quicker through the airport upon their arrival in Bali.

Tomorrow (Friday 14th April 2023) is the last day we can submit a visa application for processing before immigration offices close for Ramadan. This means if you need a new visa or visa extension processed before 30th April you need to bring your passport and details to us tomorrow.

Indonesia Immigration offices will close from 19th – 26th April 2023 for Ramadan. In addition to this, they will be running at only 50% capacity on the 17th and 18th of April.
