Hi all, hope you are having a lovely week so far!
This isn't yoga related but hopefully will be of some interest to some of you 🙂
As many of you know, I am in my second year of my Naturopathic Nutrition course. I have completed my first year so can work as a nutritional advisor and am now working towards becoming a fully qualified Naturopath.
This year, I have chosen to specialise in Women’s Health and I am currently looking for volunteers/clients to work with on a one to one basis. I am looking to help women with anything from physical health issues to mental, emotional and spiritual imbalances. If you are interested in applying natural healing techniques and equip yourself with the knowledge and power to take control of your health and bring your body back into balance naturally then this may be for you!
Naturopathic nutrition treats the person as a whole and aims to identify and treat the underlying cause of dis-ease within the body. All aspects of someone’s life are taken into account from physical health, mental, emotional and spiritual health as well as lifestyle and environmental factors. Working on the principle that food is our medicine and applying a combination of hydration and diet changes along with re balancing deficiencies and implementing some naturopathic techniques we supply the body with what it needs to bring itself back into balance naturally.
