Our current guests just sent me this lovely video of the sunrise at WindSong Villa in beautiful St. John. I'm not normally a morning person, but THIS is worth waking up to experience.

The sunset tonight was amaaaaaazing! This was taken from the steps at WindSong Villa, facing east with the glow on the clouds, and a most interesting line in the sky. Can you see the full moon just above the cloud to the left of the line? This just took my breath away. I sat and watched the show, mesmerized for nearly an hour until it was dark. Feeling very blessed to see this live!

Yesterday was such a beautiful day at WindSong Villa! We love the squalls that blow through in the late afternoon and provide such beautiful scenery. This rainbow was courtesy of a 5-minute shower. Yes, I got wet taking the photo in the rain, but it was so worth it!

We love WindSong Villa, and we're looking forward to making it even better! We purchased this beautiful home last year and have been slowly renovating it. Next project, a new swimming pool, and deck!

Below you'll see the photo of the existing swimming pool which is just too small for this space. Thanks to the creative design of Heidi at Heidi ArnoldDesign we're looking forward to breaking ground on the new design that includes a new hot tub and a new infinity pool! After all, with this amazing view, why wouldn't we want to take advantage of that! Our guests will love it!

Thank you Heidi for your help and expertise. We can't wait to see the finished product! Hopefully, it will be ready by August, just in time for the fall season of guests.

Wow, what a difference a few minutes can make in a photo. These three shots were taken just minutes apart this evening from WindSong Villa in St. John, in the USVI.

The first one was taken at 6:12pm, the second at 6:15 and the third at 6:17. There was no filter or enhancement at all- these are raw, shot with my iPhone. I'm so impressed with the color to the east as the sun was setting in the west. Mother Nature painted the sky!

I feel so blessed when this is our view for dinner on the deck. Between the sound of the coqui frogs, the scent of the flowers, and the plant life, and this view, we are very blessed and very grateful.

So happy we made the choice to relocate to the Virgin Islands! I love the snow, but this year I'm really enjoying my friends' photos of it.

WOW, can you imagine just snorkeling along with the turtles and this guy pops up? I love experiencing the magnificence of whales! Thanks, Steve for the great shot!

They're back! This solo whale cruised the north shore this afternoon. This is the third sighting of Humpback whales in a week and we are loving it. Humpback season is December thru April (most years) but we are seeing a lot of activity very early in the season this year.
