2. Use a Project Management tool - It can help with a variety of things like planning and scheduling projects and delegating tasks.๐
3. Use the Pomodoro technique
โข Set a timer for 25 minutes and pick one task to focus on.
โข Work on the task for 25 minutes
โข Take a 5-minute break (Refill your water bottle, stretch your legs, anything that is relaxing)
โข Then repeat the whole process 3 more times.
โข Take a longer break (20-30 minutes) after finishing 4 Pomodoro rounds.
